We want you to love your purchase! However, if you’re not completely satisfied, you can return your order within 100 days of receiving it.
Please note: customers are responsible for arranging the return shipment and covering the shipping costs.
Alternatively, if you prefer that we arrange the return shipment for you, we can create a return label for a €15 fee, which will be deducted from your refund.
Defective or Damaged Product
If your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, we will send you a free replacement.
Please contact us at info@klhome.eu within 5 days of delivery and include photos of the issue.
Changed Your Mind
If you no longer wish to keep your item, you may return it within 100 days of receiving it.
Please note that the return shipping cost is your responsibility.
Wrong or Missing Item Received
If you received the wrong item or part of your order is missing, we will either send you a free replacement or cover the return shipping cost for the incorrect item.
Parcel Damaged on Arrival
If your package arrives visibly damaged, we will send you a replacement free of charge.

To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
The product is registered for return within 100 days of delivery.
The product is sent back in its original packaging.
The product is in its original condition, without damage or visible signs of use.

After you’ve shipped your return, please send us the track & trace code by email at info@klhome.eu so we can follow your shipment.

Once we have received, inspected, and processed your return, you will receive a full refund of your purchase amount within 5 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.
